I made this birthday card for a friend that moved away last year...=(I used funky, bright coloured papers in the backround, cake stamp, gems, ribbon and glitter!!!!
Oooooh, i lurrrrrv glitter!!
Quite an easy make...but i think it looks effective and am very pleased with the result =)
